After the birth of our first son, we began their Montessori journey. After scouring all of the books we could find, we started implementing and documenting our own experiences.

2. I came to learn about the HOKA Club. Can you tell me about it?
The HOKA Club was initially created to be a monthly package of resources – you get a set of themed printables and a set of seasonal printables each month.
We have developed the programme to be much more than that printables! We offer a monthly guide to help break down the collection of resources. The guides include photos and hands-on ideas to go with the printables – circle time rhymes and poems, sewing projects children can do, practical life ideas, arts and crafts, etc. Plus, there is a day by day breakdown – an example of how you can plan the week ahead with your children or students.
There is also a monthly artist study, and a craft that the child can complete to go along with it.
In addition to this – what we have discovered that members really prefer is the community aspect and being able to interact with the creators.

You can see our free resources here.
You will be able to browse the different free resources by theme. Each free printable will be delivered to your email inbox.
If you do not see an email with your requested printable, please make sure you have typed your email correctly. Also, be sure to check your SPAM folder. If you are still unable to find the printable, send an email to

4. There are black boxes around some of the images when printing. What should I do?
You are experiencing the black box problem, as we call it. Unfortunately, they are appearing due to a huge glitch that is showing up for a lot of people.
The good news is, you can probably take care of it with a few steps! First, be sure to use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the pdf. You can download the file, then save it to your computer. After doing this, try printing again.
If it happens with Acrobat Reader then you need to delete it and install again and it should solve the problem. Also, you should always download and save the pdf to your computer. Avoid printing directly from your web browser. There is a chance that this glitch affects tablets and phones more than computers.
